Types of Events
The club can be hired for a wide range of events, including birthdays, engagements, work functions, and more. We are keen to host your event and will work with you to ensure that it is a success. In addition to one-off functions, our facilities can also be hired by special interest groups to conduct regular events, e.g. card clubs, meetings, etc.
We also work with a range of vendors and suppliers who can help make your event easy to organise, including food businesses, party suppliers, and musicians. Let us know your requirements so we can assist.

Pricing & Availability
The club rooms are able to be hired at various times, particularly:
Sundays 12.00-5.00pm & 6.00-11.00pm
Other days and times are available depending on availability and club events. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate you.
The standard minimum fee is $500 for up to 5 hours, including setup and cleaning time. Additional fees may be added where necessary, including additional hours, kitchen/BBQ hire, bar staff and barefoot bowls. Please contact us for further information.
We have teamed up with various caterers who can provide a range of delicious options, including BBQ and finger food packages, gourmet grazing platters and more. Please check out the Catering pages and let us know which package you would like when booking.
If you're looking for something different, we also have some food truck friends which we have used for events in the past. Whether it's mouthwatering burgers or freshly made pizzas they will make your event one to remember.
You're also welcome to heat your own food by hiring our kitchen or BBQ. Get in touch with us to discuss your requirements and options.
The main room is spacious and capable of comfortably seating up to 120* guests for meals. Combined with the bar lounge it can accommodate over 200* people standing. The rooms are air conditioned and heated, and there are two small decks off the bar lounge which can be utilised for your event. The bathrooms have also recently been renovated - male, female, unisex, and disabled.
The club has generous off-street car parking facilities as well as street parking in Higgins Road (restrictions exist on school days).

Kitchen & Bar
The club has a large kitchen which can be provided as part of your booking. It includes an oven, cooktop, expansive island bench, and a fridge which you are welcome to use to store food. There is also an outdoor BBQ which can be hired, as well as a range of catering options.
Our well-stocked bar has a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. Please let us know if you have any special requests for drinks and we will do our best to accommodate.
If you would like to add barefoot bowls to your function, this can be provided for an additional $10 per adult, reduced from the usual $15. We have 3 greens, 2 of which have lights enabling play until 11.00pm.
