Venue Hire

The club can be hired for a wide range of events, including birthdays, engagements, work functions, and more. Please note that apart from 1st birthdays, we do not host parties for under 30s.

Some days and times are also restricted due to bowls events or club activities. This includes Saturday afternoons.

The club rooms are able to be hired at various times, particularly:

Fridays 6.00-11.00pm

Saturdays 7.00pm-12.00am

Sundays 12.00-5.00pm & 6.00-11.00pm

Other days and times are available depending on availability and club events. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate you.

The standard minimum fee during the off-season is $500 for up to 5 hours, including setup and cleaning time. Additional fees are added as necessary, including additional hours, kitchen/BBQ hire, cleaning fee, bar staff and barefoot bowls. During the busy Summer months, there are increased fees for venue hire. Please contact us for further information.

We have teamed up with various caterers who can provide a range of delicious options. Please check out the Catering pages and let us know which package you would like when booking.

You're also welcome to heat your own food by hiring our kitchen or BBQ. Get in touch with us to discuss your requirements and options.

The main room is spacious and can accommodate large groups either seated or standing. The rooms are air conditioned and heated, and there are bathrooms at each end which have recently been updated.

There is a new outdoor area with picnic tables, a covered BBQ, and kitchenette. This is a great space to enjoy the sunshine with friends. There are also two small decks with easy access to indoors which can be utilised for your event.

The club has generous off-street car parking facilities as well as street parking in Higgins Road .

The club has a large kitchen which can be provided as part of your booking. It includes an oven, cooktop, expansive island bench, and a fridge which you are welcome to use to store food. There is also an outdoor BBQ which can be hired, as well as a range of catering options.

Our bar has a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. Please let us know if you have any special requests for drinks and we will do our best to accommodate.
